During my practice for so many years, there has been a lot of talk about forgiving oneself and others. I knew there would be many articles and forums discussing the importance of forgiveness. However, today I will share some personal experiences and how I have started to practice the art of forgiveness. A few years back, for me, forgiveness meant feeling sorry and saying sorry. Since I experienced enlightenment and identified my spiritual aspect, I started healing. I realized forgiveness is not about feeling sorry and saying it. Sometimes emotions give rise to negative energies/limiting beliefs within us, and then that energy becomes a source of fear or hatred. Be wary of these two keywords/emotions, fear and hatred.
